Shipping policy

Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your order. 

Processing: Orders are processed within 3 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. All products are handmade and made to order. During summer months, candles and wax melts will be shipped out on Mondays thru Wednesdays of each week. 

Cancellations: After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be cancelled. If there are questions about your order, please contact us. 

Returns: Returns are accepted after 30 business days from the order day.
